The Villages in Dubai South is a master-development offering a wide range of public amenities. This self-enclosed mater-community will feature villas, townhouses, apartments, schools, mosques, civic centers, large open spaces. The Villages is located close to the World Expo 2020 venue. It will feature five community-based ground plus eight-floor sites. These communities will host 20,000 residential units in the form of two and three-bedroom apartments, loft, townhouses, and villas. All the villas boast semi-private street-facing gardens. The construction of the project will start in the first quarter of 2016 and its anticipated completion is in 2019. The residential units at The Villages will be in the affordable category.
